  • We reserve the right to decline any order, especially where compliance, sanctions or payment risk concerns arise.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are stated in the order confirmation or sales contract. Typical arrangements include deposit before production and balance before shipment. Bank charges, currency conversion fees and any local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery, Risk and Title

  • Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the order confirmation or sales contract.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, inspection, customs, shipping and events outside our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
  • Title to goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Compliance and Documentation

We provide available compliance documents, such as CE / FDA / ISO / RoHS declarations and SGS or third-party test reports, in good faith and based on the information provided by manufacturers and laboratories. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the products meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market, including import licenses, medical device registration, food-contact approvals and labeling requirements.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, layout, design and code, is owned by or licensed to HONGZHI LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of this website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in China where HONGZHI LIMITED is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

For sales contracts, the dispute resolution clause in the signed contract will prevail.
